Right of withdrawal for (private) consumers

You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within a period of 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Kortpack B.V., Schelluinsestraat 70, 4203 NN, Gorinchem, The Netherlands, [info@kortpack.nl], +31 (0)184-614256) of your decision to withdraw from the agreement by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. in writing by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you are not obliged to do so. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal:

You may choose the carrier with which you return the parcel(s) to us. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer. If you wish us to arrange the transport of the return shipment, this is also possible. In that case, the costs incurred by Kortpack will be deducted from the credit note.

Once the shipment has been returned to us, the items will be checked for quantity and condition and the credit note will be sent to you by email.

We will refund you using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, no fees will be charged for such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
We will email you a return form, which you can include with the items to be returned.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Excluded from the right of withdrawal are consumer purchases relating to the delivery of:

1. Custom-made products
2. Custom-printed products
3. Products specially ordered at the customer’s request that do not form part of the standard assortment
4. Products that have been used, show signs of use, or whose original packaging is missing or damaged
