Ordering and Delivery

Kortpack B.V. strives as much as possible to ship orders placed on working days before 15.30 on the same day. For each product, it is indicated on the relevant product page whether an article is in stock, whether there is a delivery time of a number of days or whether something is out of stock. Items for which the stock status on the product page is YES are available directly from stock.

Pick up your order yourself in Gorinchem:

Once we have received your order, we will process it and let you know by means of an order confirmation when and at what time the items will be ready for collection. Please note that the date on which you can pick up your order may differ from the date you gave us during the ordering process. Please read the order confirmation carefully to avoid disappointment. Pick-up is possible from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 8.30am to 4.30pm, unless otherwise indicated in the order confirmation. If you pick up the order at our warehouse in Gorinchem, you can prepay the invoice amount while ordering in the webshop using one of the above payment methods. You can also pay the order by card when you are here at the warehouse. If you come to pick up your order yourself, there will of course be no freight charges.

Delivery by the DPD:

Orders which we receive on working days (and on Saturday and Sunday) after 15.30, will be processed and shipped the next working day, subject to the above remark.

Saturday delivery: Our stock of products which can be shipped with the DPD, can also be delivered on Saturday (except holidays). No extra costs will be charged for this.

You can always call or email us to ask what the status of your order is. 

* Is the desired delivery country not listed? Please send an e-mail to info@kortpack.nl with a brief description of what you would like to order, the number of packages and your delivery address, and we will let you know without obligation what the freight costs and delivery time will be.

** The shipping costs and free shipping amounts mentioned apply to orders placed via the online shop. Different rates apply to orders placed via email, telephone, WhatsApp, or live chat.

*** If your order consists of several parcels or includes large or heavy items, the delivery charges may be higher: these are calculated based on the number of parcels, the volume and the weight. You will receive the exact amount by email before dispatch. If you do not agree to this amount, you can cancel your order free of charge.

Delivery at a DPD pick-up point:

Besides home delivery it is possible to have your order delivered at a DPD pick-up point in the Netherlands and Belgium. These are often shops with long opening hours, often also in the weekend. For more information click here

Rush shipments:

Of course, you may need certain items the same day. In this case, please contact us by phone for more information about express shipments: 0031-184-614256.

Not available?

The order confirmation we send you by e-mail will state the expected delivery date. We will also e-mail you the shipment's track and trace code. If your order is shipped with the DPD, you will receive the track and trace code the day before delivery. If your order is delivered with the pallet carrier Van Den Heuvel, you will receive a track and trace code on the day of delivery.

Should you realise at a moment that you will not be present to receive the order, please contact us by telephone as soon as possible. We can then check with the carrier whether it is still possible to make alternative arrangements. If the carrier cannot unload the goods because no one is present, the goods will be taken back to the distribution centre and an extra trip must be scheduled. These costs are borne by the customer and are equal to the costs charged by the carrier. These are therefore not equal to the freight costs used in the webshop.
