Business customers and companies
By placing a webshop order, the customer undertakes to purchase the delivered goods at the time they are offered by the driver/carrier. If the items are damaged or incomplete, this must be made known to the driver / carrier. In addition, you can report this to us via or via 0031- (0) 184-614256. Then we will solve this neatly for you.
Returns must be reported in writing via . We will then send you a return slip, which you can enclose with the items in the packaging.
We advise you to check upon delivery of your order that the correct article has been delivered, the number is correct and there are no damages. If there are any discrepancies, we would like to hear from you, but at most within 48 hours after delivery.
Only stock items can be returned. Tailor-made, specially ordered or personalised items cannot be returned.
Returns must be notified in writing via firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then send you a return slip. The costs for the return shipment will be at the expense of the buyer.
The costs are:
* €10,50 excl. VAT (€12,70 Incl. VAT) per parcel (via DPD).
* €35,-- excl. VAT (€42,35 Incl. VAT) per half euro pallet format (via Van den Heuvel Transport) within the Netherlands and €55,-- excl. VAT (€66,55 Incl. VAT) from Belgium.
* €40 excl. VAT (€48.40 incl. VAT) per euro-pallet (via Van den Heuvel Transport) within the Netherlands and €60 excl. VAT (€72.60 incl. VAT) from Belgium.
* Volume goods (bubble wrap, foam wrap, padding material, Nomapack profiles) €30 excl. VAT (€36.30 incl. VAT) per roll, bag and/or box (via Van den Heuvel Transport) within the Netherlands and €40 excl. VAT (€48.40 incl. VAT) from Belgium.
Returns will only be accepted if the articles are delivered undamaged and in the original packaging.
As soon as we have received the return in good order, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 7 working days.
Returns are possible within 8 working days after purchase.
