The buyer is obliged to accept the delivered goods ordered by placing a webshop order at the moment they are offered by the driver / carrier. Returns must be submitted in writing via . We will then send you a return receipt, which you can put in the carton box together with the articles you want to return.
We advise you to check that the correct item has been delivered, the number of articles is correct and there are no damages when accepting your order. If there are any deviations, we will gladly hear you, but in any case within 48 hours after delivery.
• Only stock items can be returned. Customized, specially ordered or personalized items can not be returned.
• Returns must be notified in writing via . We will then send you a return receipt. The costs for the return shipment will be borne by the buyer.
The costs are:
• €10,50 excl. VAT (€12,70 Incl. VAT) per pakket (via DPD).
• € 35, - excl. VAT (€ 42,35 incl. VAT) for 1 half euro pallet format (via Van den Heuvel Transport).
• € 40,-- excl. VAT (48,40 incl. VAT) for 1 euro pallet (via Van den Heuvel Transport).
• Volume-materials (bubble wrap, foam foil, loos fill material, Nomapack profiles) € 30,-- excl. VAT (€ 36,30 incl. VAT) per roll, bag and / or box (via Van den Heuvel Transport).
• Returns are accepted only if the items are undamaged and delivered in the original packaging.
• Once we have received the return items in good order, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 7 business days.
• Returns are possible within 8 business days after purchase.
