That calls for more than a thin household bag. The side gussets give the bag extra capacity, so bulky or angular products fit without stretching or tearing. The clear film shows the contents at a glance, which saves time in a crowded cold store.
The 50 micron bag is the all-rounder for everyday use, perfect for portions, vegetables, pastries and bread. For heavier or sharp products such as bone-in meat, whole fish or stock that stays frozen for months, choose 70 micron. The heavier film offers better puncture resistance and protects longer against dehydration and freezer burn.
LDPE (low-density polyethylene) stays flexible at freezing temperatures instead of turning brittle. It is moisture-resistant, odour-neutral and widely recyclable as PE plastic.
Press out as much air as possible before closing the bag – less air means fewer ice crystals. Close it with a cable tie or a strip of packaging tape, and write the contents and freezing date on it so your stock rotates on a first-in, first-out basis.

Yes. The bags are made from LDPE suitable for direct food contact, so you can freeze unwrapped meat, fish, vegetables and bread in them.
The first figure is the flat width, the second the depth of the gusset on each side and the third the length. Once filled, the gussets make the bag considerably roomier than its flat width suggests.
Let hot food cool first, squeeze out the air and close the bag tightly. For long-term storage, the thicker 70 micron bag gives extra protection.
Each box contains 1000 freezer bags, giving you a generous supply for the kitchen or production floor.
