Tall single wall box 592 x 392 x 392 mm - over 90 litres on the same base

This box takes everything it can from height. The 592 by 392 mm base matches the flat version, but at 592 x 392 x 392 mm the volume climbs to more than 90 litres. That makes it the choice when a complete customer order goes out as one parcel, or when products have to travel upright. Since 2007, we have been the go-to wholesaler for folding boxes in single wall board, and across our cardboard boxes this tall format mostly goes to shippers of bulky, lightweight goods.

What the height asks of the board

A wall of almost forty centimetres needs resilience. The 4 mm single wall board with a C-flute has it and keeps the sides straight. Load the box heavily, or put layers on top of it, and you reach the limit of single wall board - that is the moment to look at double wall shipping boxes.

When should I take the tall version instead of the flat one?

As soon as your contents stack into two or more layers, or stand taller than roughly 29 centimetres. If everything fits in one flat layer, the low version ships a lot less air.

How much can I put in this box?

Let the volume decide. Fill more than 90 litres with dense goods and the box is no longer a one-person lift, while the bottom seam carries more than is sensible for single wall board.

How many layers will stack on a pallet?

Two layers with light contents, provided you keep the columns square and wrap the load. With a heavier filling, stay at one layer or lay a sheet of board between them.
