Transparent mini wrapping film, 25 cm wide

Since 2007, we have been the go-to wholesaler for mini wrapping film, and this is the most generous version in the range: 25 cm wide, 300 metres long and 20 my thick. Where a narrow roll needs three or four turns, this width lays down a broad band in a single pass. The box holds 12 rolls.

Please note: this roll is supplied without a dispenser. You wrap by hand using the protruding core, or you add a separate film dispenser that fits the same core.

When is 25 cm the right width?

For bulky items you want to cover in as few turns as possible: suitcases and travel bags, retail bags and displays, individual furniture parts such as table tops and cabinet doors, and covering half pallets. The wide band follows the shape of the product and leaves fewer open seams than a narrow roll.

Keeping the band tight

Hold the roll by the protruding core so your hands stay clear of the film layer. Apply the first turn without stretch, then build up tension: the further you draw the film out, the more firmly the band closes around the product. On tall items, work from the bottom upwards with an overlap of about one third of the band width, and finish with a double turn in the same spot.

If you prefer a narrower roll or a coloured version, take a look at mini wrapping film. For a full pallet, hand wrapping film is the logical choice.

Frequently asked questions

Does this roll come with a dispenser?

No, this version is supplied without one. If you would still like to work with a handle, order a separate film dispenser alongside it; it stays usable on every following roll.

Why 300 metres per roll?

With 300 metres you keep going roughly twice as long before changing rolls. That saves interruptions at the packing bench and lowers the cost per metre of film.

Can I wrap a full pallet with this?

For a half pallet or a low load, 25 cm works well. At full pallet height you would be laying too many bands side by side – choose a 50 cm roll from hand wrapping film instead.

How far does this film stretch?

Up to around 150% when wrapping by hand. So you get considerably more than 300 metres of coverage from one roll, provided you pull evenly.
