A shrink cover is also called a cover and is a transparent pallet cover that is used for stabilizing loads on pallets. Shrink sleeves are suitable for heavy pallet loads, but also with unstable loads (for example pallets with many small packages) by using a cover everything stays in place. Because the shrink sleeves protect against dirt and moisture, they are also ideal for pallet loads that are in storage and/or outside for a long time.
In terms of operation, a shrink sleeve is very similar to shrink film , the difference is mainly in the use. A shrink sleeve does not need to be wrapped and is simply pulled around the pallet. This is not only ergonomic but also saves time. Using a shrink gun (or shrink gun or shrink tunnel), the cover is pulled tightly onto the pallet.
