Construction film is indispensable on site, during a move and in the workshop. You use it to cover goods, furniture, floors and surfaces and protect them from dust, moisture, paint and damage. All our construction film is made of 100% recycled polyethylene (PE): a sustainable choice that protects just as well as virgin film. Kortpack supplies construction film in various thicknesses, widths and roll lengths, as flat rolls or folded, directly from stock. Because the film is made of recycled PE, you give waste a second life without compromising on quality. Note: due to the recycling process, the transparent version is natural (slightly cloudy) rather than crystal clear. If you want to cover light-tight, choose the black construction film. Flat roll or folded film

Flat rolls are wound at full width and ideal for large, continuous surfaces. Folded construction film is packed more compactly and handy when you want a wide film on a narrower roll. Roll out the film, cut to size and cover.

What is construction film used for?

Why is the transparent construction film not crystal clear?

The film is made of 100% recycled PE. As a result, the transparent version has a natural, slightly cloudy colour rather than crystal clear. This does not affect strength or protection.

What is the difference between flat and folded film?

Flat film is wound at full width; folded film is folded onto a narrower roll. The film is functionally the same; the choice depends on ease of use and storage.

Is the construction film environmentally friendly?

Yes. The film is made from 100% recycled material and gives existing plastic a second life, without compromising on protection.

Which colour and thickness should I choose?

Choose transparent to keep visibility and black to cover light-tight. A thicker film is sturdier and more tear-resistant; a thinner film is enough for light covering.

What is the difference between construction film, a tarpaulin and a floor protector?
