Why strap with PP strap 12mm wide x 0.55mm thick?

PP Strap 12mm x 0.55mm can be applied by hand or with a dedicated strapping machine and is suitable for a wide variety of applications such as strapping boxes, bundling tubes, securing pallet loads and more. It is made of polypropylene (PP), a durable and lightweight plastic known for its strength and flexibility.

How do you use PP strapping?

• Place the load on the pallet.
• Place the PP strap around the load and pallet. Make sure the straps are evenly spaced and that there is enough strap left to tie a knot.
• Tighten the strap around the load and pallet.
• Secure the strap by tying a knot or use buckles and a strapping tool .
• Repeat this process until the load is fully strapped and stabilized. Make sure the straps are tight enough to hold the load together, but not so tight that they damage the load.

If the PP strap is to be used manually, it is useful to place the roll on a reel . These are available in different versions and prevent the roll from unintentionally unrolling and ending up on the floor as"spaghetti".
