A shipping tube is the ideal way to send rolled printed matter undamaged. Roll up your poster, technical drawing or calendar, slide it inside and close the tube – keeping it protected against bending, creasing and moisture. Kortpack offers two shapes: the round poster tube with end caps and the rectangular longbox with a self-adhesive strip.

Round tube or longbox: which to choose?
The round tube closes at both ends with the supplied caps and is ideal for posters and drawings. The rectangular longbox has an opening on the short side with a self-adhesive closure and stacks better. Because a longbox cannot roll off the sorting belt, many carriers charge lower handling costs for it than for a round tube – often saving you on shipping. Want to finish your shipment in your own branding? Combine it with our printed PVC tape.

Round tube or longbox – what is the difference?
The round tube closes with caps and is meant for rolled posters and drawings. The longbox is rectangular, closes with an adhesive strip, stacks better and is usually cheaper to ship.
Which shipping tube size do I need?
Choose the size based on your printed matter: A3 and A1 as a round tube, and the longbox in A2, A1 and A0. When in doubt, take the next size up from your product.
Are end caps included?
Yes, each round shipping tube comes with 2 end caps. The longbox is closed with the self-adhesive strip.
Are the shipping tubes recyclable?
Yes, both the round tube and the longbox are made of cardboard and can go with the waste paper. They are also easy to reuse.
