The transparent LDPE film protects documents against dirt, moisture and damage during transport. What are printed packing list envelopes used for?

The document wallets are used when processing and receiving shipments. Insert the packing list, invoice, consignment note or accompanying document into the wallet and attach it to the outside of the packaging. The recipient can then find the documents without opening the box or pallet wrapping first.

Three standard prints

Choose from “Packing List”, “Documents Enclosed” and “Packing List/Invoice”. The first two prints are intended for packing lists and general shipping documents respectively. The “Packing List/Invoice” version displays the text in ten languages and is intended for shipments to different countries. The prints are applied in black and red.

A6, DL and A5

The range includes three sizes. A6 is suitable for small documents, DL for an A4 sheet folded into thirds and A5 for an A4 sheet folded in half or several smaller pages. The internal dimensions are 165 × 115, 225 × 110 or 225 × 165 mm.

Sizes and specifications

All versions have a transparent front made from LDPE film and a white paper backing. After removing the release liner, press the self-adhesive wallet onto a clean and dry surface. The packing list envelopes are suitable for manual and automated processing and are supplied in packs of 1,000.
