Variants with different prints

The packing list envelopes are available in three variants, each featuring a clear print in black and red:

These prints ensure that documents are quickly recognized, regardless of the language or destination.

Sizes: A5, A6, and DIN Long

The envelopes are available in three standard sizes:

• A5: suitable for larger documents or multiple pages

• A6: compact size for smaller documents

• DIN Long: commonly used for invoices or accompanying letters

Each size is suitable for both manual and automated processing.

Material and properties

The packing list envelopes are made of LDPE film with a transparent front and a white paper back. The film is sturdy and tear-resistant. The paper back serves as a protective sheet: after removing this protective sheet, the envelope can easily be applied to boxes, pallets, or envelopes. This makes a separate enclosure unnecessary and reduces the risk of lost documents.

Application

Packing list envelopes are widely used in logistics processes, both within the Netherlands and internationally. They are suitable for use in warehouses, distribution centers, and shipping departments of e-commerce companies, wholesalers, and manufacturing environments.
