With these self-adhesive packing list envelopes (A5, 225 x 165 mm) you attach delivery notes, invoices and shipping labels directly to the outside of your shipment. The unprinted pouches seal the documents watertight and keep them clearly legible for the recipient. Packed per 1000 pieces.

Self-adhesive packing list envelopes are used to send shipping documents along neatly and protected, including for:

• clearly enclosing return and warranty documents;
• sending packing lists and delivery notes along on the outside of boxes;
• attaching customs and transport documents (CMR) to pallets;
• protecting important papers against moisture and dirt during transport;

In practice they are common in production and shipping departments, wholesale, and e-commerce and online shops.

How do you use a packing list envelope?

Use is simple: slide the documents into the envelope, peel off the protective strip and press the self-adhesive envelope firmly onto a clean, flat surface. The envelopes adhere to almost any shipping packaging, from cardboard to plastic and wood, and stay in place all the way to the recipient.

What is the difference between 'Packing List' and 'Documents Enclosed'?

Both indicate that documents are attached to the shipment. 'Packing List' refers specifically to a packing slip, while 'Documents Enclosed' is more general. For international shipments there is also a multilingual 'Packing List / Invoice' print.
