Specifications

The advantages of profile on a roll

• One roll replaces hundreds of loose strips: less handling, less storage space.
• Any length possible, from 10 cm to several metres in one piece.
• The dense BC grade (63 kg/m³) clamps extra firmly and keeps its shape under intensive use.
• Made with at least 30% recycled material and recyclable.

Who is the roll for?

Packing lines and dispatch departments that handle sheet material, doors or window frames all day long get the most out of a roll: the operator pulls off a length, cuts and clamps, without having to open a box of strips. For fixed product sizes, the Nomapack U Tulip profiles of 200 cm remain convenient; cover the corner points with Nomapack U corner protectors.

Frequently asked questions

What does the density of 63 kg/m³ tell me?

The higher the density, the firmer the foam. This BC grade is more compact than standard foam profile, giving a stronger grip and better protection for heavier products.

How do I cut the profile from the roll?

A sharp knife or a pair of scissors cuts through the profile in a single stroke. A cutting guide on the workbench makes repeated lengths even quicker.

Which edge thickness is this profile suitable for?

The WS profile measures 33 x 26 mm and is intended for the common board and door thicknesses within that range. Not sure about your application? We are happy to advise.
