Nomapack - U Tulip profiles - 60-80mm x 200cm

Nomapack U Tulip profiles 60-80 mm x 200 cm: versatile in use

With an inner size of 60 to 80 mm, this is one of the wider U Tulip profiles in the Nomapack range. Ideal for thick edges, but at least as useful for protecting a stack of thinner boards as one single package. Ordered on working days before 3:30 PM? Then your order will be shipped the same day. Enjoy free delivery on orders over €75 excl. VAT.

The strong points

• Protects individual products with edges of 60-80 mm.
• Bundles and protects stacks of thinner panels in one go.
• 15 mm thick PE foam absorbs serious knocks.
• Made with at least 30% recycled material and fully recyclable.

Smart bundling

Place three or four thin boards on top of each other, slide a U Tulip 60-80 mm over the edges on both sides and wrap bundling film around the whole: one sturdy, protected package. That saves packaging material as well as loading space. For the corners of large boards there are matching Nomapack U corner protectors.

Frequently asked questions

Can I clamp several boards into one profile at the same time?

Yes. As long as the total thickness stays between 60 and 80 mm, the profile grips the stack as one unit. Do wrap film or tape around it before transport.

What if my edge is just under 60 mm?

Then choose a smaller inner size from the range of Nomapack foam profiles; a profile that is too wide will not clamp properly and may slide off.

How many metres does a box contain?

A box contains 40 strips of 200 cm: 80 metres of edge protection.
