What is this size used for?

The 15-25 mm inner dimension fits perfectly around interior doors, furniture panels, stair parts, natural stone and thicker sheet metal. Working with thinner material such as glass or aluminium profiles? Then choose the narrower sizes from our range of Nomapack foam profiles. For corners, simply combine this profile with Nomapack U-corner profiles.

Extra securing during transport

Thanks to the clamping tulip shape, the profile stays in place by itself. Is your shipment facing a long transport route? Then secure the profiles additionally with packaging tape or bundling film.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference with the U-tulip 5-15 mm?

This version has a larger inner dimension (15-25 mm instead of 5-15 mm) and thicker foam (9 mm instead of 7 mm), which makes it suitable for heavier and thicker products.

Does the profile also stay on smooth edges?

Yes. The tulip shape gently grips the material, so the profile stays in place even on smooth, painted or powder-coated edges without damaging them.

Can I shorten the profile for smaller products?

Certainly. The 200 cm strips can easily be cut to any desired length with a knife or scissors, without fraying or sharp edges.
