When do you choose the 100-120 mm?

Think of heavy wooden beams and purlins, concrete elements with vulnerable edges, wide machine frames and complete window frame packages transported as a single unit. Wherever an edge more than 10 cm thick needs protecting, this is the profile that fits.

Is an even larger size available?

No, the 100-120 mm is the largest standard inner size. If your application calls for something different, please contact us to discuss the options.

Why is the foam 21 mm thick here?

Products in this size class are heavy; an impact puts a great deal of energy on the edge. The 21 mm thick foam wall absorbs that energy before the product itself is hit.

How many metres of protection does one box provide?

A box contains 22 strips of 200 cm: 44 metres of protection for the very largest edges.
