Protecting corners and edges together

Most customers combine these corner pieces with Nomapack U Tulip profiles in long lengths for the straight edges: corner pieces on the four corners, long profiles in between, and the product is protected all round. For single-sided protection there are Nomapack L profiles, and for tubes and round parts Nomapack O profiles. Would you like to secure the package even further? Then use bundling film or packaging tape.

Frequently asked questions

Which size corner profile do I need?

Measure the thickness of the panel or board at the corner. Then choose the corner profile whose clamping range covers that thickness; within this range you will find versions from 5 to 160 mm.

Do the corner pieces stay in place without tape?

Yes, the U shape grips by itself. Only for intensive transport or frequent handling do we recommend securing the corners with additional tape or film.

Can I use the corner profiles more than once?

Certainly. The PE foam springs back to its original shape, so the corner pieces can be used again and again in return flows or internal transport.
