Foam wrap is a lightweight, flexible protective film made of foamed polyethylene (PE foam). The film places a shock-absorbing and scratch-resistant layer around your goods, keeping surface damage during storage and transport to a minimum. Because the material folds smoothly around products without tearing, foam wrap is ideal for irregular and delicate shapes such as glassware, crockery, electronics, furniture and lacquered parts. The foam is light, reusable and recyclable, making it a sustainable choice for your packaging process.

Foam wrap on a roll
The most versatile choice. Available in widths of roughly 10 to 155 cm and lengths up to 500 metres, ideal for unrolling and cutting to size yourself. Perfect for packing larger or varying products.
Foam wrap sheets
Pre-cut foam sheets that you can use straight away, with no cutting required. Handy for interleaving, wrapping or protecting individual parts at the packing table.
Foam wrap sleeves
Narrow foam sleeves that you simply slide over bottles, glassware and long, delicate items for fast, all-round protection.
Thicknesses from 1 to 5 mm
Choose a thinner 1 mm or 2 mm film for light scratch and dust protection, or a sturdy 3 mm, 4 mm or 5 mm foam for extra cushioning on heavier and breakable goods.

Frequently asked questions about foam wrap
What is foam wrap used for?
Foam wrap is used to protect fragile products against scratches, knocks and surface damage during storage and transport – think glassware, crockery, electronics, furniture and lacquered parts.
Which foam wrap thickness do I need?
For light scratch and dust protection, 1 or 2 mm is sufficient. For heavier or breakable products that need more cushioning, choose 3, 4 or 5 mm. If in doubt, we are happy to advise.
Is foam wrap safe for sensitive surfaces?
Yes. Our foam wrap is free of plasticisers and therefore 100% safe to use, even in prolonged contact with lacquered or sensitive surfaces.
Is foam wrap reusable and recyclable?
Absolutely. PE foam is light, strong and keeps its shape, so you can use it several times. After use, the material is recyclable.
Should I buy foam wrap on a roll or as sheets?
A roll offers maximum flexibility because you cut to size yourself; sheets and sleeves are pre-cut and therefore quicker to use. For varying products, a roll is often the most economical choice.
