Cardboard corner profiles 45 x 45 mm – 200 cm for heavy, tall loads

These robust cardboard corner profiles combine a wide 45 mm flange with a length of 200 cm. That protects the corners of very tall and heavy pallets over the full two metres, with extra bearing surface on the edge. Packed per box of 84 pieces, 3 mm thick and in brown.

Maximum support for tall, heavy pallets

The 45 mm flange spreads the tension of a tightly pulled band over a larger area, while the 200 cm bridges the full height in one go. That keeps even heavy loads straight and supported when you wrap them with stretch film.

Strong, sustainable and complete in one piece

The pressed, recycled cardboard is sturdy enough for demanding transport and fully recyclable after use. For extra spring or moisture resistance, compare with our Nomapack foam profiles or the plastic corner profiles.

Because of the greater length and wider flange, 84 profiles fit in a box. That protects 21 tall pallets on four corners.

What is the benefit of 45 mm at 200 cm?

The combination of wide flange and full length gives the most support to heavy, tall loads that would otherwise indent or tip.

Can I shorten these long profiles?

Yes, a knife lets you cut them back to a shorter size if your load is lower.
