A square base spreads the weight evenly and makes stacking easy. These cardboard boxes in 7 mm double wall board have internal dimensions of 300 x 300 x 200 mm, giving you 18 litres of capacity. It is a regular slotted container (FEFCO 0201) that stays compact yet is strong enough for heavier contents. Since 2007, we have been the go-to wholesaler for double wall boxes, and we supply this size in packs of 20.

What are the external dimensions of this box?

The stated 300 x 300 x 200 mm are internal dimensions. Because of the thickness of the double wall board, the external size is roughly 14 mm larger in each direction, so approximately 314 x 314 x 214 mm. Keep this in mind when filling an outer box or roll cage and for carrier rates based on dimensions.

How many boxes do I get per pack and per pallet?

One pack contains 20 boxes. If you order a full pallet, you receive 44 packs, which is 880 boxes in total – worthwhile if you use this size on a regular basis.

Can I reuse this box?

Yes. Double wall board is strong enough to reuse the box after careful opening, for example for returns or internal storage. Remove or cover old shipping labels to avoid confusion at the carrier.
