This plasticizer-free foam foil (15 cm wide, 5 mm thick) is a clean, lightweight protective material for fragile items. The flexible PE foam layer protects against scratches and impacts and leaves no imprint or discolouration. On a roll of 100 metres, 4 rolls per pack.

Foam foil is widely used as a clean, lightweight protective material, including for:

• packing and protecting glassware, tableware and ceramics;
• separating products as an interlayer when stacking;
• protecting lacquered and high-gloss surfaces without marks;
• protecting furniture, frames and artworks during removals;

How do you use foam foil?

Unroll the desired length and cut or tear the foam to size. Wrap the product in one or more layers of foam foil, or place sheets in between as an interlayer when stacking. Thanks to its light weight it barely increases shipping costs, while keeping the product well protected. For larger volumes, a dispenser stand is the quickest option.

No, the soft, plasticizer-free PE foam is clean and gentle and actually protects sensitive and high-gloss surfaces without causing scratches or imprints.

Which foam foil thickness should I choose?

Thin foam foil (1 mm) is ideal as a separating and anti-scratch layer, while thicker versions (2 to 5 mm) offer more cushioning for heavier or more fragile products. Choose the thickness based on weight and fragility.

Is this foam foil recyclable?

Yes, the foam foil is made of polyethylene (PE) and 100% recyclable. After use you can dispose of the foam with the plastics stream.
