With this 3 mm thick foam foil on a roll (100 cm wide, 175 metres, 1 roll), you safely wrap glassware, electronics, furniture and other sensitive products. The lightweight polyethylene foam is strong and flexible at the same time, plasticizer-free and effectively absorbs impacts and vibrations during shipping.

Foam foil is widely used as a clean, lightweight protective material, including for:

• filling and securing products in boxes;
• protecting furniture, frames and artworks during removals;
• protecting lacquered and high-gloss surfaces without marks;

How do you use foam foil?

Unroll the desired length and cut or tear the foam to size. Wrap the product in one or more layers of foam foil, or place sheets in between as an interlayer when stacking. Thanks to its light weight it barely increases shipping costs, while keeping the product well protected. For larger volumes, a dispenser stand is the quickest option.

Which foam foil thickness should I choose?

Thin foam foil (1 mm) is ideal as a separating and anti-scratch layer, while thicker versions (2 to 5 mm) offer more cushioning for heavier or more fragile products. Choose the thickness based on weight and fragility.

Is foam foil lightweight?

Yes, PE foam is very light, so it protects your products without noticeably increasing shipping costs; it is also odourless and dust-free.

What does plasticizer-free mean and why does it matter?

Plasticizer-free means the foam contains no plasticizers that can migrate into the product. As a result, the foam foil leaves no stains, imprints or discolouration, even on lacquered or high-gloss surfaces.
