Wood fibre pallets are pressed from wood fibres and form a lightweight, space-saving alternative to the classic wooden pallet. Thanks to their uniquely moulded design they fit into each other (nestable), so you need far less storage and transport space when they are empty. No nails or screws are used, which makes the pallets safe to handle. At Kortpack you choose from two sizes — 40 × 60 cm and 60 × 80 cm — both ready for lighter shipments, export and single use.

Why choose a wood fibre pallet?

The wood fibre pallet combines a low weight with a clever, nestable design. Because the empty pallets slide into one another, you save considerably on storage and return costs — ideal for one-off shipments without return. The pallets are produced without nails or screws and are made of pressed wood fibres, a sustainable and recyclable raw material. As the material is already treated during production, wood fibre pallets are also exempt from the ISPM-15 standard, making them highly suitable for international shipments.

Which wood fibre pallets does Kortpack offer?

Wood fibre pallet – 40 × 60 cm

This compact wood fibre pallet of 400 × 600 mm has the handy quarter-Euro-pallet size and is extremely light. With a load capacity of around 250 kg, it is ideal for lighter shipments, displays and export. Delivered in packs of 5 and fully nestable.

Wood fibre pallet – 60 × 80 cm

The wood fibre pallet of 600 × 800 mm has the half-Euro-pallet size and offers a dynamic load capacity of up to around 500 kg. This pallet is also nestable and light, so you save space when it is empty. Delivered in packs of 5.
