Advertising agencies
A campaign does not end at the banner and the social post. The moment your client experiences a brand most sharply is often a physical one: the tape cordoning off an opening, the box landing on the doormat, the sticker on the goodie bag. For an advertising agency, packaging is therefore not a purchasing line but a carrier — a surface where the logo, the colour value and the tone of voice have to be just as right as in the rest of the campaign.
Kortpack prints those carriers. From a 250-metre roll for a festival site to a Coex bag that gives your client's webshop an unboxing moment: you supply the design, we make sure it comes off the roll in the right PMS colour. On this page you will find the four groups of printed packaging materials agencies work with most often. All of these items are made to order, and we keep lead times short.
Printed barrier tape: brand presence across hundreds of metres
Printed barrier tape makes a brand visible from a distance. A single 250-metre roll fills an entire walking route, a festival perimeter or the approach to an exhibition stand — and everywhere visitors pass, your client's name is there. Printing starts at just six rolls, which makes it a realistic option even for a one-off opening or product launch. Alongside 250-metre rolls we supply 500 metres, with other roll lengths on request.
From one colour to four, and different on each side
The tape can be printed in one, two, three or four PMS colours, with text, a logo or a combination of both. Double-sided printing with a different design on each side is possible: useful on a route where visitors see the tape from both sides, or when one side carries the brand message and the other the practical instruction. On request we use a sleeve for a dia-positive print. This prevents a cliché seam in the printed image, so the design runs cleanly along the full length of the roll.
Also available without your own design
Not every application calls for a custom job. For cordons that only need to warn, there is barrier tape with standard texts and unprinted barrier tape from stock. If you are working on an event where the tape has to be pulled taut and moved again quickly, take a look at the Skipper™ demarcation system and the matching posts and cases. Does your agency organise public events regularly? The full barrier tape range shows what else is available from stock.
Printed tape: every box becomes an advertising carrier
A box gets sealed anyway. Do it with printed tape and a necessary action turns into a brand statement — without making the packaging itself more expensive or more complex. For agencies this is often the quickest way to bring a client's existing packaging line into the house style: the box stays exactly as it is, only the tape changes.
PVC, paper or reinforced
Choose the material to suit the application. Printed PVC tape with solvent adhesive gives the sharpest print and the greatest colour depth, and is available from one colour up to four PMS colours. If the packaging has to be entirely paper-based, printed paper tape is the logical choice: paper on cardboard, so the box can go into the paper recycling as a whole. Paper tape is printed in a maximum of 3 PMS colours. For heavy or overseas shipments there is reinforced printed paper tape, where the glass-fibre reinforcement prevents tearing.
Sizes and run lengths
Printed tape is available in 19, 25, 50 and 75 mm widths, with 66 metres per roll. The threshold for having tape printed is lower than many agencies expect: we print 50 mm PVC tape from just 6 rolls and paper tape from 24 rolls. A small run for a single trade fair or a single launch is therefore perfectly feasible, and at larger volumes the price per roll drops further. The complete range, including unprinted versions for test set-ups, can be found under tape.
Printed stickers and cable ties: small carriers with a wide reach
Not every brand message needs a large surface. A sticker on a gift box, a coloured cable tie with a logo on a festival wristband or a seal on a sample pack often does more than half a page of advertising — precisely because the recipient is holding the object.
Printed stickers in paper, vinyl or PP
We produce printed stickers in three materials. Paper stickers are the economical choice for temporary campaigns, promotions and seasonal packaging. Vinyl is weather- and UV-resistant and therefore suitable for outdoor use, from on-site application to a sticker that has to stay on a van for months. Polypropylene sits in between: flexible and sturdy at once, ideal for product packaging that is handled a lot. Printing is done in PMS colours, and white is available as an underlay so the brand colour is accurate on a dark surface too. If you are looking for functional labels rather than brand stickers, see labels and cash register rolls.
Printed cable ties for events and merchandise
Printed cable ties are available in eleven colours — black, white, grey, yellow, red, blue, green, brown, purple, orange and pink — so you can almost always stay within the house style. The print is applied in white, black, red or blue and can carry a logo, a text, a slogan or sequential numbering. Available in widths from 4.8 to 13 mm and lengths from 200 mm to 100 cm, so equally suited to bundling cables on a stand and to fixing banners to fencing. Printing starts at 500 pieces. Unprinted versions for the build are found under tyraps.
Printed shipping packaging: the unboxing moment
For webshops and direct mail campaigns, the shipping pack is the only tangible point of contact with the customer. That moment can be directed. Kortpack prints the three types of packaging most often used for it: bubble envelopes, Coex bags and cardboard boxes.
Printed air cushion envelopes
Printed air cushion envelopes combine protection with visibility: the bubble lining absorbs impact, the outside carries your design. Printing can be a logo or company name in a single PMS colour, sender details, or a multi-colour image across the whole surface. Suitable for documents, printed matter, samples and small products. Lead time is around 5 working days after approval of the proof — short enough to fit inside a campaign schedule. Unprinted versions are listed under air cushion envelopes.
Printed Coex bags
Coex bags are shipping bags made of coextruded film: several plastic layers that together provide extra strength and flexibility. The result is tear-resistant and waterproof, which means clothing, textiles and soft goods can be shipped without a box — lighter on postage and more compact in the warehouse. Printed Coex bags are positive-printed in a maximum of two PMS colours, which calls for a design with clear areas and sufficient contrast — a graphic logo works better here than a photographic image. The minimum order is 2,000 pieces, so this is the choice for ongoing webshop packaging rather than a one-off mailing. Unprinted, you will find them under shipping bags.
Printed cardboard boxes
We make printed cardboard boxes to measure, in single or double wall depending on the weight and fragility of the contents. Printing is available in 1 to 4 PMS colours, on brown or white board — brown gives a crafted look, white gives the highest colour fidelity. Full colour is not possible on cardboard boxes, so work with a design built from areas and spot colours rather than a photographic image. A version in recycled board is also available. Allow around two weeks' lead time after approval of the digital proof, so schedule this item early in the campaign. Standard sizes from stock are found under cardboard boxes.

How a print order works
From quotation to proof
You request a no-obligation quotation via info@kortpack.nl, stating the product, the quantities required and the PMS colours from the house style. You then supply the logo or artwork; we handle the common file types and advise on the set-up whenever a design cannot be printed one to one for technical reasons. Before production you receive a digital proof. Only once you have approved it does the order go into production, so the colour settings and the position of the logo are fixed before thousands of metres of tape or thousands of bags run through.
Build the lead time into the campaign
Every item on this page is made to order, and we keep lead times short for that. How short depends on the product: air cushion envelopes are ready around 5 working days after approval of the proof, printed boxes around two weeks. For an agency working to deadlines that is the key variable — so request the quotation as soon as the concept is fixed, not when the rest of the campaign is already finished. Do you need unprinted material in the meantime for a test set-up or a photo shoot? We supply that from stock.
The rest of the campaign too
Besides the products on this page we also print hand stretch film, machine film, tubular film and big bags. Useful when a client wants the house style carried right through into the warehouse, or when pallets of promotional material need to leave the building recognisably branded.

Frequently asked questions from advertising agencies
How do I supply the logo?
We handle the common file types. Vector files give the best result, because the logo can then be scaled to the width of a roll of tape or the side of a box without loss of quality. If you can only supply a pixel file, send it at the highest available resolution; we will let you know if the artwork needs adjusting.
What is the smallest quantity you print?
That varies considerably by product. We print barrier tape from 6 rolls, 50 mm PVC tape likewise from 6 rolls, paper tape from 24 rolls, cable ties from 500 pieces and Coex bags from 2,000 pieces. For stickers, envelopes and boxes the minimum depends on the size and version; request a quotation for those.
How many colours can I use?
Barrier tape, PVC tape and cardboard boxes are printed in 1 to 4 colours, paper tape in a maximum of 3. Coex bags are positive-printed in a maximum of two colours. Full colour is not possible on cardboard boxes; allow for that in the design by working with areas and spot colours instead of a photographic image.
Can a PMS colour be matched?
Yes. We work with PMS colours across all printed products, so your client's brand colour is reproduced accurately. Do bear in mind that the substrate plays a part: the same PMS colour looks different on brown board than on white or on a plastic bag.
How long does a printed order take?
These items are made to order, with short lead times. Allow around 5 working days for printed air cushion envelopes and around two weeks for printed cardboard boxes, in both cases counted from your approval of the proof. For the other products we state the lead time in the quotation, because it depends on the run length and the number of colours.
Which tape should I choose if the packaging has to be entirely paper-based?
Printed paper tape. Paper on cardboard means the box can go into the paper recycling as a whole, without the recipient having to peel off a plastic strip first. If the shipment is heavy or travelling far, choose the reinforced version, which combines the same recyclability with higher tensile strength.
Why a Coex bag rather than a box?
For clothing, textiles and other soft goods a Coex bag saves volume and weight, and therefore shipping costs. The bag is tear-resistant and waterproof, so the contents stay dry in transit. For fragile or angular products a box remains the safer choice.
Can I order unprinted material first to test with?
You can. We stock the unprinted version of virtually every printed item — handy for trying out formats, building a mock-up or preparing a photo shoot while the print order is running.
