Each clip has a strong 3M adhesive strip on the back: you stick it to a clean, smooth surface without drilling or screws and click the cable into place. Self-adhesive cable clips are the fastest way to tidy loose cables without tools or holes in the wall. The strong 3M adhesive keeps the clip firmly in place while you simply click the cable in or out. To bundle several cables, combine them with cable ties or spiral wrapping band; the clips then guide the bundle neatly along the surface.

The 3M adhesive bonds best to a clean, smooth and dry surface such as painted wood, plastic, metal or smooth plaster. On rough or dusty surfaces the bond is weaker.
The clips are intended for long-term use. You can remove them, but the strong adhesive may leave residue; fit a new clip with a fresh strip.
Choose the size based on your cable diameter. A small clip suits a thin cable; for thicker cables or several cables together, choose a larger size.
They are functionally identical; the colour is an aesthetic choice. Black blends in behind equipment, white suits light walls and furniture. The black version is also UV-resistant and therefore suitable for outdoor use.
