With this extra length, the TYB253MX can bundle up to a diameter of 76 mm while the band remains slim and easy to handle at 4.8 mm. The head features the proven Stainless Steel 316 locking mechanism, which guarantees a strong and permanent closure.

The tie is made from polyamide 6.6 (nylon) and is supplied in a box of 1000 pieces. Like the other black Thomas & Betts cable ties , the TYB253MX is UV resistant and resistant to oil, fats, salt, and diluted chemicals.
