The polyamide 6.6 typically stays functional between roughly -40 and +85 °C and resists oils, greases and many solvents. That keeps the ties dependable in heated plant rooms as well as cool storage areas.

Will these ties damage the insulation of my cables?

No. The wide band spreads the clamping pressure over a larger surface, so the cable jacket is not cut into locally. Pull the tie hand-tight and avoid over-tensioning, and the insulation stays intact.

Can I reopen and reuse these cable ties?
