White cable ties 9.0 x 610 mm

At 610 mm long, these white cable ties are aimed at coarser jobs where a standard tie quickly falls short. The 79 kg pulling force and 9.0 mm width give a grip on thick bundles, and the model fits seamlessly into our range of white cable ties. One strap bundles what would otherwise take several ties.

For thick bundles and outdoor work

This size is in its element around thick pipes, cable trunking and gathered hoses, but also on fencing and when securing materials in the garden. The generous length lets you wrap irregular or angular objects in one go. For lasting outdoor use in the sun, choose the UV-resistant black cable ties.

Handling this heavy size

Because a lot of strap passes through the head at this length, you work most comfortably with a cable tie pliers: it pulls the tie evenly tight and prevents the uneven tension you get by hand. The rugged polyamide 6.6 keeps its shape and tension throughout.

How do I finish the long tail neatly?

Pull the strap fully to tension first, then cut the excess off flush with the head. At this length you otherwise leave a long streamer that gets in the way or snags on things.

Is 610 mm suitable for really heavy, irregular objects?

Yes, the mix of length and 9.0 mm strap width is meant for bulky bundles and angular items. For heavy loads, consider spreading the load across two ties for extra security.

Can I open this tie again later?

The head is permanent and can only be removed by cutting, which guarantees a stable bundle. If you want to readjust regularly, choose our reusable cable ties.
