Each year is assigned a specific color, so you can immediately see in which year the inspection took place. The schedule up to 2042 is already known.

ISO 14726 also works with color coding for work on pipelines and on ships.

The colored cable ties are used in:

• Inspections of lifting and hoisting equipment,

How to attach a tie wrap

A tie wrap (also known as a cable tie or bundle strap) is a type of fastening material specifically designed for quickly and easily holding together, among other things, electrical cables.

Once the pointed end of the cable tie is inserted into the hole on the other side and the first notch has been passed, it cannot be retracted. The tie wraps can be attached by hand or used in combination with one of our cable tie tools . The advantage of a cable tie tool is that the cable tie can be tightened securely and the protruding part can be cut off immediately.

These orange cable ties are resistant to diluted acids and oils. In addition, they can be processed at temperatures ranging from -40 degrees Celsius to 80 degrees Celsius.
