Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. Why should I choose neon yellow Tyraps?
The neon yellow color increases the visibility of cables and materials, and these Tyraps glow under UV light or black light, making them ideal for applications in poorly lit environments such as warehouses, workshops, or outdoor settings.

2. How do you secure tyraps?
If you need to secure a few tyraps once in a while, you can do it by hand. You pull the cable tie tight and cut off the excess part with a scissor. But if you frequently need to process many tyraps, it is much easier to work with a cable tie pliers.

3. What is the maximum load that the Tyraps can bear?
The Tyraps have a maximum tensile strength of 22.2KG, making them suitable for medium to heavy applications, such as bundling cables and pipes.

4. Can these Tyraps be used outdoors?
Yes, the Tyraps can be used outdoors, but they are not suitable for prolonged exposure to direct sunlight due to the lack of UV resistance. Looking for UV-resistant tyraps? Then there is a choice of many sizes of black cable ties or extra UV-resistant cable ties.

5. What are the main applications for the fluorescent yellow Tyraps?
These Tyraps are ideal for color coding, labeling materials, bundling cables, and inspection jobs, especially in environments where visibility under UV light or black light is important.
