With the load spread out, yes. Under heavy sheets, lay an extra piece of board on the base or choose a double wall box, where the base panel is stiffer again.

What is the 150 mm height useful for?

It leaves exactly enough room for a layer of cushioning below and above the contents without shipping air. For one panel with protection that is all you need.

How do I stack these on a pallet?

The footprint is larger than the euro norm, so a standard pallet leaves an edge free. Stack in the same pattern and wrap the load, and the corners will survive the journey.
