Single wall box 600 x 400 x 200 mm - the euro workhorse in 4 mm C-flute

Among the larger sizes this is the everyday workhorse. The 600 by 400 mm base follows the euro module, so 600 x 400 x 200 mm fits a pallet, a shelf and a roll cage equally well, and 200 mm of height gives you forty-eight litres. Since 2007, we have been the go-to wholesaler for single wall packaging boxes and we supply this size to warehouses that work to a fixed pallet pattern, alongside the rest of the folding boxes.

The 4 mm C-flute build is a deliberate choice here. A box with almost a quarter of a square metre of base needs a rigid bottom, and the taller flute supplies it without moving up to double wall board. For medium-weight orders with mixed contents that is a comfortable middle ground, and the tiered price rewards larger quantities.

Will this box fit a roll cage?

In most roll cages with a base of around 700 by 800 mm it does. Check the internal dimensions of your own cage, because the wall thickness makes the box slightly larger on the outside.

What does 4 mm add over 3 mm?

More bending stiffness and more resistance to crushing, with the same ease of use. Across a large base that is exactly what matters, and the bottom stays flat under two layers of contents.

How many boxes go in one pallet layer?

Four, tightly side by side on a 1200 by 800 mm pallet. That gives you a square stack which is straightforward to wrap.
