The 592 by 392 mm footprint comes in two heights, and this is the flat one. At 592 x 392 x 292 mm you have around 68 litres, against a good 90 litres in the tall version. That gap matters in daily use: a flatter box is easier to lift, stacks more calmly and keeps the contents in a single reachable layer. When the flat version is the right call

Choose this height when the contents do not stack into layers by themselves: sheets, panels, files, bundles of textiles or sorted parts in trays. Frequently asked questions

How does this box differ from the 392 mm tall version?

Only in height, and that is a difference of more than 20 litres. Pick the flat version for contents that lie in one layer and for calm stacking, and the tall one when you genuinely need volume.

Why is the length 592 and not 600 mm?

Because this is the internal measurement. Add the wall thickness and the external size lands near 600 mm, which fits common crates and pallet layouts.

Can I mix flat and tall boxes on one pallet?

Not within the same column. Keep them in separate columns next to each other, so corners carry on corners and the stack stays upright.
