With consolidated shipments the sum is simple: the more order lines you fit into one box, the lower your cost per order. At 480 x 330 x 300 mm and almost 47 litres of volume a sizeable order goes in, without you having to book a pallet shipment. Since 2007, we have been the go-to wholesaler for single wall folding cartons, and this format sits in our cardboard boxes range for wholesalers that prefer to send one parcel per customer.

The board is single wall 4 mm. A mixed load pushes unevenly against the walls, so the wall itself has to be stiff enough to hold its shape. The coarser C-flute manages that and also keeps the base flat across a footprint of nearly half a metre. The same footprint is available in lower and taller versions among our other folding boxes.

How do I stack different items safely in one box?

Heavy at the bottom, light on top and a flat sheet of board between the layers. Fill the space along the walls so the layers cannot shift when the parcel ends up on its side.

What load does this box take?

The limit your carrier sets per parcel is what counts. Stay below it and spread the load evenly across the base, and single wall 4 mm board handles a mixed order without trouble.

Is this format available in white?
