The board is a single wall of 4 mm in C-flute, one fluted layer between two liners, but taller than the common 3 mm B-flute. Why opt for 4 mm rather than 3 mm?

The C-flute is taller, so the wall is thicker and springier at almost the same weight. You notice that with hard-edged contents and with boxes handled often in transit. For light, soft loads 3 mm is perfectly fine.

How do I spread several items neatly across the base?

Lay the heaviest items flat on the bottom and the lighter ones on top. Fill the space between the products so nothing can shift, because shifting contents are the main cause of damage on a wide base.

How many packs go on a pallet?

A pallet holds 18 packs of 25 boxes. Useful if you want to put the delivery straight into a racking bay.
