What is the difference from the shallow 100 mm version?

Only the height, 200 against 100 mm. The square footprint, the 4 mm C-flute and the pack quantity are the same, so you can order and store both heights together on one pallet.

How much weight can this box take?

Single wall board is built around medium-weight goods. What matters more than the total weight is the distribution, so put heavy items at the bottom and spread them out, then fill the space above them until nothing can slide.

Can I mix this format with larger packaging on a pallet?

Plenty of customers do. Individual items go into these square boxes, and between the layers you reach for protective and filling materials. The footprints line up well.
