Flat products belong in a flat box. Put a panel or a framed print in a box that is too tall and it slides about, which costs you an unnecessary amount of void fill. With a square footprint and only 400 x 400 x 100 mm to work with, this model keeps the contents where they belong. Does the base stay flat under heavy contents?

Always spread heavy goods across the whole area rather than loading one spot. An even load is something 4 mm C-flute handles well. For genuinely heavy sheets, double wall board or a wooden crate is the better answer.

What is the quickest way to set up such a wide, shallow box?

Fold the two short bottom flaps first, then the long ones, and tape the seam in one movement. With a large footprint a hand dispenser works noticeably faster than cutting separate strips.

Is this footprint available in taller heights?

Yes, 400 x 400 mm runs through several heights up to a cube. Because the footprint stays the same, you can take those heights in the same pallet pattern and wrap them together.
