Single wall box 380x250x240 mm

Oblong shipping box 380 x 250 x 240 mm in 4 mm single wall board

At 380 x 250 x 240 mm this is not a cube, and that is exactly the point. Two items fit one behind the other in a single layer, or one longer item lies flat across the full length of the base. Since 2007, we have been the go-to wholesaler for single wall folding cartons, and within our range of cardboard boxes this one is mainly chosen for web orders that just miss fitting a standard cube.

The board is 4 mm with a C-flute. On a longer panel that extra thickness earns its keep, because the long side is where a thin wall starts to bulge first. The C-flute holds that side straight, even when the box ends up at the bottom of a roll cage.

Suitable for

• Web orders: two or three items lined up behind each other in one parcel.
• Longer items: tool handles, profiles and rolled goods up to 380 mm.
• Mixed consignments: a heavier item at the bottom with lighter pieces alongside it.

Frequently asked questions

Why choose an oblong model instead of a square one?

Because the contents are rarely square. If an order lines up neatly end to end, you need less filler and the shipping volume stays lower than it would in a roomier, square box.

Will two items fit alongside each other?

Lengthwise, two pieces of roughly 185 mm each sit one behind the other with a divider sheet between them. Across the width you have 250 mm, enough for one average item with padding all round.

Does the price per box drop on a larger order?

It does. Quantity pricing applies to this size, so the unit price falls as soon as you order several packs or a full pallet. The steps are shown on the product page.
