A square footprint at only 100 mm high is a specific size with a clear job: flat products that have to stay flat. This blank of 300 x 300 x 100 mm takes display material, framed prints, reams of paper or a set of cover plates. Since 2007, we have been the go-to wholesaler for single wall boxes and we deliberately keep these unusual proportions in our range of cardboard boxes.

On a low model with a large panel the base is the critical point, which is why this item comes in a single wall of 4 mm. The taller C flute gives the panel more stiffness than the 3 mm quality, without you having to move up to double wall board.

Frequently asked questions

How do I set up a wide, low model quickly?

Fold the two short bottom flaps first, then the long ones, and seal the seam in one movement. On large footprints a dispenser with tape works far faster than separate strips.

Can anything stand on these boxes during transport?

A light box on top is no problem as long as the weight is spread. Do not place anything heavy with a point load in the middle of the lid, because that is where a flat model has least to give.

Is the stated size the internal or the external measurement?

The figures given are internal sizes. Add the wall thickness when you work out the parcel dimensions, so what you declare to the carrier matches the actual parcel.
