A flat consignment in a tall box costs you twice - first in void fill and then in volume at the carrier. This low model with an internal size of 300 x 200 x 100 mm answers that. Since 2007, we have been the go-to wholesaler for single wall shipping boxes and we deliberately stock the less obvious proportions you will find among our folding boxes.

The board is a single wall of 4 mm in C flute. On a low model with a relatively large base panel that is noticeably better than 3 mm, because the taller flute keeps the panel stiff. Print work stays flat as a result, even when something is placed on top along the way. For heavier flat goods, look at the double wall shipping boxes.

Do flat print runs still need void fill?

Usually an interleaving sheet or a cover board over the stack is enough. What matters is that the contents cannot shift, because paper that travels damages its own edges and corners first.

How do I avoid creased corners?

Lay the contents tight against the long side and fill the space that is left. Seal the box in an H pattern with tape as well, so the flaps cannot spring open during sorting.

Can I print or stamp these boxes myself?

Yes. The board is unprinted brown and takes stamping ink well. Stickers and address labels also hold perfectly on the uncoated surface, so you can ship without any preparation.
