Single wall box 200 x 150 x 150 mm - the tall option in 4 mm

On a footprint of 200 x 150 mm this is the tallest model in the range: 200 x 150 x 150 mm in 4 mm single wall board with a C-flute. The extra height takes contents that will not go in one layer, or a product that travels upright with padding all around it. Since 2007, we have been the go-to wholesaler for folding boxes, and this height suits companies that keep one footprint in several heights.

Three or four millimetres

The same size is made in a thinner 3 mm version as well. Go for the 4 mm C-flute when the contents are heavy for their volume, when there are hard edges inside the box, or when the boxes are stacked a few layers high. For light goods the thinner board is lighter on your postage. If you need a lot more stacking strength, step up to double wall shipping boxes.

Should I take 3 mm or 4 mm here?

Look at the weight per box and at the way you stack. Light goods that are not stacked high sit well in 3 mm. Once a box gets heavy, take the 4 mm version.

How do I pack a tall box so the contents do not settle?

Work in layers: the heaviest item at the bottom, padding in between and a closing layer at the top. Nothing drops down if the parcel ends up on its side in transit.

How many layers can I stack on a pallet?

That depends mainly on the weight of the contents. With normal goods this board carries a full pallet build, and a sheet between the layers spreads the load.
