At 430 x 300 x 290 mm you keep a few centimetres free on every side for a layer of void fill, and that is exactly what delicate goods need. Packing it properly

The board is a single wall of 3 mm in B-flute. That keeps the box light, which shows up directly in the rate band on a bulky consignment. Cushion the base first, then place the product centrally and fill the sides until the contents no longer move when you tilt the box.

Is 3 mm strong enough for breakable contents?

For breakage protection the fill is decisive, not the wall thickness. As long as the product rests nowhere against the wall and cannot shift, this box protects well. If the consignment gets heavy, look at double wall shipping boxes.

How much void fill do I need?

Allow roughly three to five centimetres all round the product. Less is risky, more costs unnecessary volume and material.

Can I combine several products in this box?

Yes, provided you separate them with a strip of board or a cushion. Two breakable items that touch each other mainly damage each other.
