What you get here is very nearly a cube: 394 mm long, 394 mm wide and 388 mm high, together almost 60 litres. Since 2007, we have been the go-to wholesaler for single wall folding cartons, and this format is picked by everyone who would rather send one large cardboard box than three small ones.

A cube packs efficiently. With this shape the gap between actual weight and volumetric weight is at its smallest, and there is the same amount of room for padding on every side. The board is 3 mm single wall in B quality and is therefore intended for light to medium weight contents. For heavy loads or high stacks at this size, double wall shipping boxes are the better answer.

Frequently asked questions

Is this carton sturdy enough for heavy contents?

A large footprint means more deflection in the base. Keep this format for light to medium weight contents and spread the load across the whole bottom. For markedly heavier goods we advise double wall board.

How do I erect a box this size on my own?

Lay the flat blank on the floor, fold the four bottom flaps and tape the seam before you stand the carton upright. Doing it the other way round costs more effort than necessary.

Is there a price advantage on larger quantities?

Yes, we work with volume pricing. The more packs you take at once, the lower the price per carton becomes. A full pallet is therefore the keenest option per piece.
