How many layers can I stack safely?

That depends on the contents rather than on the box alone. With light goods single wall board carries a full pallet build. If the contents get heavier, place a layer pad between the tiers or limit the overall height.

Are the boxes delivered on a pallet or loose?

When you take a complete pallet we deliver on the pallet itself. Individual packs leave as a parcel. The delivery time is 2 to 3 working days.

How do I stop the columns from shifting?

Wrap after every two layers and set the boxes in bond, so with the seams alternating. A strip of tape across the top tier holds the head of the pallet firmly in place as well.
