Can I divide the box into compartments?

You can. Strips of corrugated board cut to size create compartments, so every item has its own place. That works faster than loose filler and the goods stay put during transport.

Is 160 mm enough height for two layers?

For flat items up to about 70 mm per layer it is. Always keep 10 to 20 mm free for a cover layer, so the top flaps fall shut without any tension on them.

How many boxes go on a pallet?

A pallet holds 33 packs. That is a practical quantity for anyone buying this size by the pallet and working straight from it on the floor.
