This is one of those sizes that keeps moving all year round. An internal measurement of 320 x 220 x 200 mm gives you a box on an A4 footprint that swallows a complete webshop order while still staying under the favourable parcel rate with most carriers. Since 2007, we have been the go-to wholesaler for single wall shipping cartons, and within our range of folding boxes this is one of the most requested dimensions. The board is a 3 mm single wall in B-flute, one fluted layer between two flat liners, light in weight and still stiff enough to keep a filled box upright.

Are the stated dimensions internal or external?

The 320 x 220 x 200 mm figures are internal. Because the wall is 3 mm thick, the external measurement comes out a few millimetres larger on each side. That is rarely an issue, but allow for it when the box has to fit a shelf or a crate exactly.

Is this format available in a heavier quality?

Alongside 3 mm B-flute we supply single wall in 4 mm C-flute. That version has more spring in it and feels better under contents that are heavy for their size. For ordinary webshop parcels 3 mm is more than enough.

Does the price per box drop on larger quantities?

Yes, quantity pricing applies to this size. The more packs you order in one go, the lower the price per box works out. Anyone packing week in week out tends to take a full pallet at once.
