This is one of those sizes a packer reaches for without thinking. An internal size of 310 x 220 x 120 mm is large enough for a pair of shoes, a folded jacket or three to four items in one consignment, and small enough to stay in the affordable parcel band with almost every carrier. Since 2007, we have been the go-to wholesaler for cardboard boxes, and this format leaves our warehouse in the largest volumes.

The quality matches the height

The build is a single wall board of 3 mm in B quality. At 120 mm high with a handful of items inside, that is exactly the right choice: firm enough to hold its shape, light enough not to push the volumetric band upwards. The 310 x 220 mm top panel leaves plenty of room for an address label with a return sticker beside it. Boxes arrive flat and go up in one movement, which saves real time at higher daily volumes.

Will a standard shoebox fit inside?

In most cases yes. Common shoeboxes stay under 300 x 200 x 110 mm, which leaves room for a thin layer of padding around them.

Which tape width closes this box best?

A width of 48 or 50 mm covers the seam in a single pass. You will find suitable tape in our range, and with heavier contents it is better to seal the base in an H pattern.

Can I reuse these boxes for returns?

That usually works several times over, as long as the corners and flaps stay undamaged. A crushed corner immediately costs part of the stacking strength, so check the glued seams before a second run.
