Flat products belong in a flat box. Put a stack of printed matter or a folded garment into packaging that is too tall and the contents shift while you pay for air. This box of 310 x 215 x 60 mm keeps the volume down to what you are actually sending. Efficient in the warehouse

A shallow model builds hardly any height when flat, so a great many packs go onto one pallet. That means less freight per box and less racking for the same stock level. One strip of tape across the seam is enough to close it, because the flaps are short at this height and fall shut tightly. This range runs from flat to tall, so you can combine models in one order. The delivery time is 2 to 3 working days.

Frequently asked questions

Will this box fit through a letterbox?

No. The usual letterbox limit sits at around three centimetres of height and this box is 60 mm tall. With most carriers it therefore falls into the parcel rates.

How do I stop flat contents from sliding?

Fill the box right up to the top edge, for instance with a sheet of board or a layer of paper. In a shallow box, sideways movement is the bigger risk rather than the weight.

Why do so many packs fit on a pallet?

Because the boxes are delivered flat and this model needs little material per piece. A flat stack of a shallow model builds considerably less height than a tall box.
