Flat products call for a flat box. At 305 x 220 x 60 mm the contents lie in a single layer and nothing can topple or tip over. Since 2007, we have been the go-to wholesaler for single wall shipping cartons, and this low model from our range of folding boxes is used by many online shops to keep shipping volume down.

It is made from 3 mm single wall board in the B-flute. At such a low build height that is the logical choice: the walls have almost no height to bridge and the base rests on the surface over its full area. Even so, fill the box properly, because a flat model with air inside gives way as soon as other consignments are stacked on top. A single sheet of board over the top layer is often enough.

Will this box fit through a letterbox?

No. At 60 mm high it exceeds the usual letterbox opening. For letterbox friendly consignments, look instead at the considerably flatter postal boxes.

How do I stop flat contents from sliding about?

Choose a format whose footprint closes tightly around the contents and, if needed, lay a strip of board or paper over the top layer. That holds everything in place without bulky padding.

Why 3 mm and not a thicker grade?

A low box has little wall height and therefore little to bridge. The 3 mm B-flute gives the best balance here between protection, material use and efficiency per box.
