Cardboard box 305 x 220 x 200 mm - the roomiest model on this footprint

At 305 x 220 x 200 mm this is the most generous height available on the A4 footprint. A complete order goes out in one go instead of being split across two shallower boxes, which saves tape, packing time and above all shipping costs. Since 2007, we have been the go-to wholesaler for corrugated shipping boxes in single wall, and across our range of cardboard boxes this is the size customers move to as soon as their average order grows.

The build is 3 mm single wall in B-flute, in unbleached brown. At this height, filling the box properly matters. A full box carries its own stacking pressure, while a box with air inside gives way under the shipment placed on top of it. If you are packing more demanding items, double wall shipping boxes are the safer alternative.

Frequently asked questions

Do I always have to fill the void at this height?

Fill at least the space above the contents so the lid cannot sag inwards. Paper, air cushions or a sheet of board laid over the top layer is usually all it takes.

Is single wall not a little too modest here?

Not for bulky, lightweight contents. If your shipment is about mass rather than volume, a thicker single wall grade or the double wall version in the same format is the better call.

How many layers can I stack in the warehouse?

That depends mainly on the contents. Keep full packs at the bottom, stack over the corners and never place a closed box loose on a half-filled one.
